Please note this is an estimated time and cleaning may take longer than suggested if the areas are bigger than estimated. Homes that needs organizing and de-clutter may take longer. Additionally, apartments with animals and apartment that have not been cleaned for a long time which may need an intensive cleaning may need more time and the cost may be subjected to change.
Deposit will be deducted from the final amount once the cleaning is done
Terms and conditions:
We must be notified forty eight hours (48) before arrival of cancellation. Should you cancel later than forty eight hours (48 hrs.) fifty percent (50%) of the cost will be forfeited. If you cancel when the cleaner arrives or if no one is available when the cleaner arrives one hundred percent (100%) of the deposit will be forfeited. Changing the arrival time must be done twenty four (24) before the cleaner arrives. If you choose to change the arrival time later than 24 hours a twenty five (25%) fee may be charged. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, complaint must be made within twenty four (24) hours of cleaning. The same cleaner will return with or without manager to address areas of dispute. There are no refund on package deals.
Clients with package deals of weekly cleaning sessions must give at least 1 week notice before the last session. This will give us time to clear you off the schedule and fill the spots. Please note that failure to notify us you will be charge for one cleaning session
If you decide to cancel your cleaning or cleaning package for any reason, please allow at least 2 weeks for your deposit to be return to your account
